Our Mission
Our mission is to support individuals in rebuilding their lives through safe housing and supportive services. We provide opportunities for growth and recovery, guiding them toward stability, independence, and a stronger connection to their community.
Stronger Roots Housing offers structured, supportive housing designed to promote stability and long-term success for individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness — including those transitioning from hospitals, incarceration, and mental health crises.
Located in the communities of Solano & Napa Counties, California, our homes serve as a bridge to independent living. With our Medi-Cal (CalAIM) Care Management programs, we support not just housing, but the holistic health of our residents and community members.

Ethan Freeman
A story of perseverance, employment, and growing independence
"I love the Stronger Roots program. It is a good foundation for everybody."
Ethan Freeman has been a member of the Stronger Roots program for nearly a year. When Ethan first entered the program, he had been told that he was unable to work and experienced significant difficulty finding employment. Through hard work, determination, and persistence, Ethan overcame those challenges and secured a job with Amazon, where he now works five days a week.
Ethan takes great pride in his job and enjoys sharing stories about his workday when he arrives home. He continues to remain clean and sober, is saving money, and is working with housing navigation services to secure independent housing. His progress demonstrates his commitment to building a stable, healthy, and self-sufficient future.
Ethan's journey reflects the positive impact of perseverance, support, and personal responsibility. Stronger Roots is proud of his accomplishments and looks forward to seeing him continue working toward independent housing and lasting success.

Ramone Anguiano
A story of recovery, leadership, and rebuilding family relationships
"I am grateful to be a part of the Stronger Roots program. I have learned a lot about myself, and I am thankful for the support the staff has shown me. Since joining the program, I have also been able to rebuild my relationships with my children and other family members."
Ramone Anguiano has been a member of the Stronger Roots program since November 15, 2025. Since entering the program, he has made significant improvements in his life. He continues to remain clean and sober and has become a positive role model for his peers.
Ramone currently serves as the house lead at our Vacaville residence. He has demonstrated tremendous hard work and dedication toward building a healthy, clean, and sober lifestyle. In addition to working full-time, he is attending school and completing DUI classes so that he can regain his driver's license.
Ramone's progress reflects his commitment to recovery and his determination to create a better future for himself and his family. Stronger Roots is proud of everything he has accomplished and looks forward to seeing him continue to succeed.
